On January 21, 2012 Music With A Purpose held a concert at Trevecca Nazarene University (TNU) to raise awareness
and funds for the Nashville Rescue Mission in the Boone Building. Through this concert Music With A Purpose was able to raise funds that will go a long way in helping the Rescue Mission provide many of the 700,000 meals served annually and also help provide a place to sleep for many of the people seeking shelter at the Mission.
The Nashville Rescue Mission is a non-profit organization designed to help people through life’s challenges. They strive to show people the saving grace of God. Through Him, these people gain wisdom for living, find fulfillment in life and become a positive part of their community.
“Music With A Purpose was very pleased with the outcome of the benefit concert for the Nashville Rescue Mission held at Trevecca University. We were able to get our message across about how those of us who are blessed to have comforts in life should give back to those who are not as blessed. It is like I always say, life is about what we give back to those around us, who are in need, and not what we can accumulate. We would like to thank Brian White, Karyn Williams, Pete Sallis, and Alicia Smith for helping us put on an amazing concert and help the Rescue Mission at the same time.”

Great post with lots of important stuff.
I’m impressed. You’ve really rasied the bar with that.
This is awesome! Thank you for coming to Trevecca
Cannot wait for this!
thanks for doing this benefit concert, I felt a bit struck reading about it. Thanks again!
A friend suggested I read this article, they were 100% right. The Rescue Mission really helped me in life, many people do not understand everything the Mission does to help people. Thank you!
Awesome post! I will keep an on eye on your website.
